Since acquiring McIver Square in June 2025, we’ve invested heavily in meaningful improvements designed to protect, enhance, and modernize the community our residents call home. From major exterior upgrades to upcoming interior renovations, every project reflects our commitment to providing a Safe. Clean. Quality. Connected.™ living experience.

Over the past few months, the new McIver Square Apartments has received a full exterior refresh, including new roofs, siding and window repairs and replacements, and fresh paint. These improvements are more than just cosmetic: 

• New Roofs: New roofing offers improved durability and peace of mind; protecting residents from leaks and the types of issues no one should have to worry about. 

  
  

• Fresh Paint & Siding: New siding, window framing and sashes and new paint enable homes to insulated more effectively.  The updated exterior also ties the community together visually, creating an inviting, warm impression that’s very College Hill and very Greensboro.  

And we’re not done yet! As part of our ongoing investment into our community, we have started and will continue to implement interior upgrades. These enhancements will include: 

• New luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring 

• Fully renovated bathrooms 

• Stainless steel appliances 

• Granite countertops 

• Fresh, modern interior paint
