Looking for your own bedroom with shared common areas but don’t have roommates lined up yet? The Spartan is a perfect option. You’ll be placed in a three-bedroom, two-bathroom or three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment. Roommates of the same gender will be placed in the same apartment. Instead of a traditional security deposit, residents will pay a prepayment equal to the last month’s rent. The lease term runs from August 1, 2026, through July 25, 2027.

• Bedroom Option 1: Private bedroom with its own en suite bathroom (starting at $795/month)

• Bedroom Option 2: Private bedroom that shares a large Jack-and-Jill style bathroom (starting at $665/month)
